Abstrak

Narcotics crime cases at this time have become like a disease in the community. Many views argue that Narcotics have become a culture and greatly affect the lives of Indonesian people. The aims of the research are as follows to analyze and determine the form of protection for the rights of minors who use or abuse drugs and the inhibiting factors for the protection of children's rights by the Fathers. Legal protection is a guarantee or protection of human rights or those who have been harmed. In other words, legal protection is a legitimate protective measure, and the community must be given to feel a sense of security from interference or threats.
